Mashed Potato Casserole

5 lb Potatoes; cooked and mashed
6 oz Cream cheese
1 c Sour cream
2 ts Onion powder
1 ts Garlic salt
pinch white Pepper
2 tb Butter

Beat all ingredients until light and fluffy. Pour into a large greased casserole, dot with butter and bake at 350°. 30-45 minutes. Makes 10 servings.

 

This is also good with crushed ritz crackers/butter topping

Comments:  We often use this on holidays since we can make it ahead and just bake it at dinner time.

    • Happy to help! We love this for holidays or when we are having people over since it can be prepped the night before or earlier in the day. One less thing to do when you are cooking for company. Everyone seems to love it too.
