We make this whenever we find a cheap fresh pineapple. Dean found one at BJ’s for $1.99! Sometimes we have it as a meal side dish and sometimes we have it as dessert with caramel sauce (you can use caramel ice cream topping if you don’t want to make it from scratch).
Cut, peel and core a pineapple. We cut into largish spears so it holds up well on the grill. Place on medium temp grill and cook until it is done to your taste. Flip once to get grill marks on both sides.
