I have seen these on menus out in restaurants, so I figured I’d try to make some. We served with a nice salad. Amounts are to your personal tastes. We wanted to grill the hot dogs but we had really nasty weather so we broiled them instead.
Swiss cheese, sliced
Thousand Island dressing
Hot dog buns
1. Cook the hot dogs (either grill or broil). Once cooked add a slice of Swiss cheese and melt the cheese.
2. Place hot dogs in buns.
3. Add Thousand Island dressing and Saurkraut in the amounts you prefer. Enjoy!
