This is very simple but I thought I would include it here anyhow. This is how we make kielbasa in the summer time. Amounts will vary according to your tastes.
Kielbasa cut into chunks and then cut in half lengthwise
1. Grill the kielbasa
2. Heat saurkraut in the microwave until warmed through.
3. Slice torpedo roll open and spread mustard on both sides of the bread.
4. Put a layer of saurkraut on the bottom of the roll.
5. Add grilled kielbasa on top of the saurkraut and enjoy.
