I decided to invent something new tonight. It is a combination of many salads I have had out at restaurants and of salads that I currently make.
Mixed field greens
Grapes, cut in half
Chow mein noodles
Grilled Teriyaki chicken strips (I use the same method for this as I do for my Beef teriyaki tips the easy way also on this blog)
Citrus Vinaigrette (also on this blog)
1. Combine all ingredients but the chicken. Grill chicken and lay across the top of the salad and drizzle with dressing.
Note: I keep the nuts out of the main salad and let people add their own as hubby is allergic.
