1 tsp cinnamon
1 tablespoon flour
2 medium apples…peeled, cored and diced fine
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 can crescent rolls
Preheat oven to 350. Toss apples with remaining ingredients except rolls to combine. Set aside. Place dough on cutting board. Pinch edges together and press out to cover board. Cut dough into 24 small squares using a pizza cutter. Lightly greased mini muffin pans. Press dough squares into pan. Drop mound of apple mixture into each dough lined cup. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve warm.
