I found this on Pinterest and thought it might make a nice dessert for Easter brunch. It was great and it was EASY! There are no exact amounts, whatever you have on had will work.
1 store bought angelfood cake
1 container of strawberries
chocolate for melting or chocolate syrup would work in a pinch.
1. Cut the angelfood cake into chunks.
2. Wash the strawberries and remove the stems
3. Melt the chocolate (I messed this up and ruined the chocolate so I went to plan B and used chocolate syrup, which turned out ok)
4. Assemble skewers by alternating cake cubes and strawberries. Drizzle with chocolate to finish.
