Arugula Salad

I had a salad at the Publick House in Sturbridge, MA back in December that I really loved. This is my attempt to recreate it. I think it came out fantastic!

Ingredients (all are to your taste, no measurements here):

1 pkg fresh arugula

Dried figs, cut into bite sized pieces

Cooked bacon, diced

Walnuts, cut into bite sized pieces

Method:

Toss all ingredients together and serve with your favorite dressing. I have had this with maple vinaigrette and maple dijon dressing and both were excellent.
