Notes: We used agave nectar instead of honey because hubby is allergic to honey. We used low sodium soy sauce but it was still a bit salty for us so I had to balance it out by using a bit more agave. Next time I think I will dilute the soy sauce a bit with water until I get the right balance. We will also add extra green onions because we really like them. I left out the red pepper flakes since we do not care for spicey food at all. We really enjoyed this recipe and it is much healthier than take out sesame chicken which tends to be deep fried. Also we did not do pot in pot cooking with the rice. I kept the chicken warm while we cooked the rice. Next time I will try pot in pot.
